5K Fundraising and Volunteers Desperately Needed

     PLEASE HURRY! Some deadlines are this Friday April, 10th!     

There are many levels of sponsorship, fundraising, and volunteering available to choose from. A list of opportunities is listed below. Download the sponsorship form to sign up. The Twilight 5k and Kids Fun Run will take place on Saturday, May 16th.

1. Start a Fundraising Team

Online Registration closes May 12th

Create awareness for your business/church/school by forming a team and wearing matching t-shirts! The fee is simply the cost of the run. Benefits are teamwork, a group bonding experience, and the joy of helping kids battling cancer. Visit the race page to sign up.

2. Volunteer as a Group

There are still many volunteer opportunities available for this year’s 5K. Gather a group and volunteer together. A list of open slots are available on our volunteer page.

3. Create a Fundraiser Under Your Company’s Name

Online Registration closes May 12th

Visit the 5K registration page to create a team or individual fundraiser to help raise money. Visit the race page to start.

4. Participate In Our FREE Vendor Area

Please pre-register by April 24th

Set up your display and promote your business in our free vendor area. More information and sign up is available in the sponsorship form.

5. Donate to Our Runner Gift Bag

Donations need to be sent by April 30th

Promote your business by having an item placing in our runner’s bags. Donate a minimum of 1,000 items (no loose papers/fliers/business cards) to be placed in the gift bag given to all race participants. Sign up is available in the sponsorship form.

6. Place Company Logo on the Race Shirts

Payment and vector logo are due April 10th!

Have your company’s logo placed on the t-shirt given to all Twilight 5K participants. More information and sign up is available in the sponsorship form.

7. Donate at a Sponsor Level

  • Acknowledgement at the event of being a Bronze Sponsor

  • Acknowledgement at the event of being a Silver Sponsor
