BECOME A VENDOR
Want to support the Hugs for Brady Foundation while making sales and promoting your business? Then join us as a vendor!
- There is a non-refundable registration fee of $40 per vendor. This includes entry for 2 people to staff the table.
- Set up will be from 10:00 – 11:30 am and you will be able to unload and then park your vehicle in a different area. No vehicular traffic will be allowed back in the vendor area from 12:00 pm – 6:00pm.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed; table/chairs/tent/displays, etc. Please note – there are no outlets or electricity available for vendors. If you are planning to bring a tent, you MUST bring a sandbag or other weight, due to wind at the venue.
- MUST provide candy for a minimum of 300 children to “trick-or-treat” around the vendor section.
