Part of our mission at the Hugs for Brady Foundation is to ease the pain of pediatric cancer patients and their families in every way possible. This includes creating fun and beautiful spaces for patients to receive their treatment.
I have a PS4 at home so I’m happy that I can play it here too. I used to bring mine with me but now I don’t have to.” – Matthew, age 12.
Matthew’s mother agrees,
It’s so wonderful to have something that he loves to do at home, here at the hospital. It definitely makes being here a lot easier when I know my son will be entertained and distracted. It’s so nice to know people out there are trying to make this experience easier.”
We hope that these new PlayStations will help ease the day to day struggles of the families at BMSCH by making their time there more comfortable. If you’d like to help with making a difference please consider making a donation.
