The end of cancer as we know it is coming soon! Every dollar donated gets us closer to the day when childhood cancer will no longer take our loved ones.
We would like to start of the new year by recapping all the AMAZING things that happened at the Hugs for Brady Foundation in 2015…
Provided Rutgers University Cancer Institute of New Jersey $100,000 to continue to offer state of the art gene sequencing on pediatric patients. Your donations also ensure NO CHILD IS TURNED AWAY.
Hugs for Brady Foundation was spotlighted on NBC’s Today Show for our extremely special Brady Buggy Wagons! Your contributions enabled us to deliver more than 40 Wagons in 2015. Brady Buggys are now even in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada!
Hugs for Brady Foundation was recognized by Brian Agnew of Robert Wood Johnson Hospital on their new Donor Recognition Wall for being LIFETIME DONORS.

We delivered toys by the truckloads to the Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian. Thank you to our very special donors at the Woodbridge and East Brunswick Toys R’ Us!

Blood presentations and blood drives at the Palace of Somerset Park, Johnson & Johnson, High Schools, Somerset Patriots, and VFW Post 9111.

Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian gave us phenomenal news when we visited the new SEDATION FREE KIDS MRI SYSTEM revealing that the research has proven to be a 96% success rate. As a second bonus, this MRI machine has been found to be worth its weight in gold for children battling sickle cell anemia disease. Again, your generosity enabled us to fund this cutting edge research project in full!

Partnered with Rutgers University, the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, and several other foundations to help spread awareness with a new campaign created by young HFB volunteers, Ian Bullard and his Entrepreneurs Club, called Hugging Heroes. The presentation was highlighted on the field at the Rutgers High Point Stadium.

Awarded 2 Scholarships for High School seniors who volunteered numerous hours, did their own fundraisers, and raised a huge amount of money for kids battling cancer.
Because of you, 2015 has been a year of continued growth and success for the Hugs for Brady Foundation. Our foundation continues to grow and change but we will never lose sight of our goals and values. With your tremendous assistance we will continue to spread the word, “that kids get cancer too.” We will continue to work hard for every dollar you donate and we are truly blessed to have such wonderful supporters. Finally, please join us in welcoming our newest Board Member; Mr. Marc Hamel. Mr. Hamel is the General Manager of The Palace at Somerset and is dedicated to our cause and organization.
